Looks Great

It looks great and was sent right away. Unfortunately, one of the wires was missing. I contacted the support team at Game of Bricks and they immediately responded and sent a replacement out.

The customer service was 10/10. The communication was excellent. I don’t think I had to wait a full 24 hours for a response. They checked in

without me sending a message, which was not necessary, but greatly appreciated. This was an easy going and wonderful experience dealing with customer service.

The shipping was very long, especially for a wire that was supposed to have already been included with the initial light kit. I actually ordered the same wire off of Amazon, and it was delivered the next day, before the replacement from Game of Bricks. It isn’t exactly fair to compare Game of Bricks against a company the size of Amazon, but the speed of delivery when purchasing the same or similar products can matter.

Overall the customer service was excellent, the product I ordered looks great, and my experience was great. I am a happy customer and will order from Game of Bricks again
