When will my order ship?
Orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days (up to 5 in peak periods). You get an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
My tracking hasn't moved for a few days
That's normal when a parcel crosses borders or waits at customs. Tracking updates again once it's scanned in your country. If nothing changes for 3 days, email us and we'll look into it.
Which number do I use?
Your order number starts with # and is in your confirmation email. The tracking number is in your shipping email. Either one works here.
Something is missing or damaged
Every kit has a 2-year warranty. Send us your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out.
