Monthly Light Kit Draw — Terms

1. Promoter

Game of Bricks, Tornimäe tn 7-26, Harjumaa, Tallinn 10145, Estonia ("we", "us"). Contact: support@gameofbricks.eu.

2. No purchase necessary

Entry into the Monthly Light Kit Draw is free. No purchase is necessary and a purchase will not improve your chance of winning.

3. Who can enter

You must be 18 or over.
Open to residents of the countries we ship to, except Italy, Belgium, Poland and the province of Quebec (Canada), where we are unable to run the draw.
Employees of Game of Bricks and their immediate families may not enter.
One entry per person per monthly draw period.

4. How to enter

Submit your email address through the entry form on gameofbricks.com or gameofbricks.eu. You may optionally tell us which LEGO® set you are building — this does not affect your chance of winning, it only tells us which kit to send if you win.

On gameofbricks.eu (EU and UK): marketing consent is a separate, optional tick box shown on the entry form. It is never required to enter, and entering the draw on its own does not subscribe you to marketing email.

On gameofbricks.com (US, Canada, Australia and rest of world): we add entrants to our email list and tell you so at the point of entry. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message, and unsubscribing does not remove you from the draw or affect your chance of winning.

5. Draw period

Each draw period runs from 00:00 on the first day of a calendar month to 23:59 on the last day of that month (UTC). Entries received outside a period roll into the next one.

6. The prize

One (1) Game of Bricks LED light kit of the winner's choice, up to a recommended retail value of $150 USD / €150 EUR / £120 GBP, including standard delivery.
If the winner has named a set for which we do not make a kit, they may choose any kit from our catalogue within the same value cap.
One prize per draw period. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
The prize is a Game of Bricks light kit only. It does not include a LEGO® set.
We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the chosen kit is unavailable.

7. Selecting the winner

One winner is selected at random from all valid entries received in the draw period, on the first working day of the following month, under our supervision.

Entrants resident in Canada must, before being declared a winner, correctly answer without assistance a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question communicated to them by email.

8. Notifying the winner

The winner is contacted using the email address they entered with. If we do not receive a reply within 14 days, we reserve the right to draw an alternative winner.

We may publish the winner's first name and country. We will not publish full names, email addresses or any other personal data.

9. Your data

We use the email address you supply to administer the draw and to contact you if you win. Any additional use for marketing email is governed by section 4 above, and you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.

Entry data for non-winners is retained for 12 months after the draw period closes and then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data and how to exercise your rights.

10. General

We may amend these terms or cancel the draw where circumstances make it necessary. Any change will be published on this page.
Entries that are incomplete, automated, or submitted in bad faith (including multiple entries from one person) will be disqualified.
These terms are governed by Estonian law.
This draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

11. Trademarks

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse this site. Game of Bricks is not affiliated with the LEGO Group. Our products are aftermarket LED light kits designed for use with LEGO® sets, sold separately.
