Great kit and great customer service

There was an issue with one of the bags in my set and the speaker was not working. I contacted their support and the response was immediate and very professional. They sent the working pieces straight away and my set is now working and it looks great!

Haunted House RC + Sound

This set is just amazing all-lighted up. It is a pretty intense set-up though; took me two full evenings to get everything done. Had one part that was broken upon arrival but support was super friendly and quick in providing me with a replacement.
