Annoying and a waste of money.

The idea for this light kit is good with a lot of potential. However, it soon became one of the most frustrating light kits I have ever attempted. When you open the package, the light strips are either twisted or coiled in such a way that the plastic guard is separating from the adhesive. Then you get to the instructions that are lazy and could've been improved with a few extra pictures showing one end of the light strip and where it should go, followed by the other end. Instead you get a single picture of the entire light strip applied, which means you really have to analyze the picture in order to be certain you're placing things correctly. Then when you try to actually place the light strips, they don't actually stick because of all the bends. I am yet to find a technique what will allow me to apply the light strips and have it not look like garbage. (Making sure the surface is clean and dry, applying one strip at a time and waiting a day for the adhesive to dry, applying the strips and holding pressure with weights and elastics, using double sided tape and even super glue). All I can do is hope that one of the competitors comes out with a light kit because this one is not worth it. Included are a few pictures of what I mean.
