Great customer service!

The light kit looks amazing! Customer service was also great as I accidentally broke a wire and they immediately shipped me a replacement. My only advice to future purchasers is to consider whether or not you truly need the remote option. The remote is always connected and drains the batteries SO fast. You either need to disconnect the battery pack altogether or use alternate means of usb power.

Great kit!

We ordered the light and sound kit, it’s absolutely amazing! Doing the wiring is tricky but with someone to help hold the light it makes a big difference. The lights and sound are amazing, you get so much control with the remote. Makes the house very festive! We had to contact customer service as one of the wires snapped when we installed, all I can say is they were fantastic to deal with. Sent pics of the broken and light and they sent a new one that arrived within a few days this was over the festive period too. Amazing product highly recommend, it really finishes off the set.
