Nothing but good things to say about these lights! First light set I’ve done and wanted to share with you guys my experience!
I originally found Game of Bricks through eBay which lead me to their website. They have a bunch of sets and are significantly cheaper than some of the other options. Shipped internationally and took a week to get, so they shipped right away 👌
VERY clear instructions and each photo made enough sense that I didn’t feel confused or guessing. Bags came labeled for each step like Lego. it all lit up and worked first try which surprised me honestly 😅 the wires are thin but felt really sturdy when I was installing BUT there’s no way to test each connection till it’s complete, so the whole time I felt unsure if it was going to work.
The set did include legos fabbed with lights in them (fire escape and star fire for example) but not all the lights. Some you just fit right under the existing Lego brick, others were light strips with adhesive backing which seemed to stick pretty well. (I pulled one off and restuck it, and it still held)
For some of you, these lights won’t work because this set does not come apart now. The car included, so the wifey had to carry the car while I carried the building in order to move it (They have a video on how to properly disconnect the wires, but I’m not chancing it till I have to). It’s my only negative part on the lights, but everything else outweighed it for me!
Connecting sound and remote was easy and the lights use…
