Please note that we cannot cancel your order or change your shipping address after it has been dispatched. We also cannot accept return if order was sent to you twice.

To qualify for our money-back guarantee simply follow the instructions below:
1. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. To return your unwanted items, please write to our email saying which particular item you would like to return stating the clear reason. Please also write your first and last name, and order number and attach a clear picture of a product you got. Please provide evidence if the product is not working as described (if the remote or sound is not working it has to be a video), otherwise, we can't accept your refund.

2. Return your items in the original packaging, with the tags still attached. 

3. The cost of returns is payable by you and we won't reimburse this.

4. Consumer guarantees do not apply if you: changed your mind, spoiled the light kit, or simply did not like the purchase.

5. Please make sure you write the correct address on all your orders. We cannot offer refunds on orders put with incorrect delivery addresses, we can only resend them to another address (in case the order is not marked as delivered) of your choice. By our shipping company rules, they can either destroy or resend the package to the chosen address. Customers have a maximum period of 30 days to return their package after receiving it according to our returns policy. If your provided address is incorrect and it is marked as delivered, we can offer a discount for the same order.

You have 30 days from the date received, to process a Money Back guarantee application. Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for refund. Please allow up to 10 working days for your returned parcel to be received. 

When will I get my refund?
We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed at our Warehouse. Refunds take 3-5 working days to reach your account.

If you haven't heard from us after 10 working days of sending your parcel back to us, get in touch with us with your proof of return.
