USB cable and battery box included. You can also use a power bank or USB wall adapter with an output no higher than 6 V.

The LEGO® build

LEGO® NASA Apollo 11 Lunar Lander 10266 presents Eagle at rest on a small area of the Moon. Developed with NASA, the model has separate ascent and descent stages, gold-coloured landing pads and panels, opening equipment hatches and the familiar ladder. A crater, footprints and a United States flag give the lunar base a sense of scale. Two astronaut minifigures can occupy the upper module's interior or join the scene outside. The compact composition brings the spacecraft and the surface together, allowing a close look at both the engineering of the lander and the moment the display represents.

The light kit

Cool light beneath Eagle contrasts with the warm glow around the upper module. It draws the eye down towards the ladder and across the angular lower structure, giving the lunar scene more depth after dark and a clear focal point within a larger space collection. Standard and Remote share the same light count. Both include a battery box, paper and online installation instructions, and Game of Bricks packaging. Remote adds a controller and lighting effects. The LEGO® model is sold separately.
