Looks great - frustrating install

First of all - once you get it all together, the end result looks impressive. Though ours did not come with instructions (nor are they posted on the 'searchable instructions' page) and nothing was labeled - I was able to get instructions quickly from customer service. BUT, what they don't tell you about is the amount of deconstruction you have to perform in order to get the thing installed. My 10 year old spent HOURS putting this castle together, only for us to spend HOURS narrowly avoiding destroying his hard work to install wires under, through, and around (and then some pieces no longer sit flush). The kit also had two wires that were disconnected out of the box, one each on two separate strands - I was able to jerry-rig one but the other is more stubborn, so an entire strand is not operational. I've emailed customer service to survey our options.

TL;DR

Frustrating and time consuming install, didn't come with instructions, a couple of wires came disconnected, and one strand not operational at all due to a wire that won't reconnect.

Redemptive qualities: so far, fairly fast customer service and the end result is impressive.
