How an excellent company reacts to a problem!

The mark of an excellent company is how it reacts when something goes wrong.

The illuminations for the Natural History Museum look fantastic, but just one of the many lamps proved faulty.

No problem for the good people at Game of Bricks. As soon as I emailed regarding a replacement, they responded to double-check the actual position of the failed lamp. The next day, I received an email with a tracking number and could soon see that the package was on its way. My grandson Jack was very pleased as the package actually arrived earlier than estimated.

And that is how an excellent company reacts to a problem - quickly.

Absolutely Fantastic…

I bought this lighting kit for my 14 year old grandson. Within an hour he had completed the lighting installation and said the instructions were very easy to follow.

The small picture of the building on the website doesn’t do justice to the fantastic result of the building when fully illuminated. As a cynical old bloke of 76, I’m not usually carried away by something new, and I can’t believe that I was so impressed that I actually offered to buy him three more lighting sets: he chose the Jazz club, the Police station and the Hotel.

It won’t be just Jack who will be waiting for them to arrive…
