A Perfect Addition

I opted for the Classic light kit for Discovery and i’m very pleased with the result. The colour scheme really compliments the model without being gaudy or loud.

It took me around 2 1/2 hours to complete which included fiddling with the extra length of the wires to give a neater finish and i used an extra couple of lego 2x1 plates to secure the wire underneath Discovery’s fuselage.

The wires really do disappear from view because they are appropriately coloured.

Well worth the effort to install.

Space shuttle discovery

Really good value for money . As with all lighting kits this really brings the Lego model to life .

I have bought a wi-fi USB switch which enables me to switch the lights on/off with a permanent connection to a usb mains supply . You can do this with the app or even get Alexa to do this too.
