I wanted to like this set, I really did
I have used other light kits from GoB in the past, and not had nearly the same amount of problems or confusion as I did with this one. The sitructions have blury confusing pictures where numbering items then identifying which numbered item to use when and where would have made working with this kit much easier. The use of what simply looks like cell phone pictures with overly simple red ovals does not add to any clarity on which lights and/or cables to use where. And where some bas have ligts and cables already combined - others do not, making one think that this is just a mish mash of parts thrown together. Lastly, many of the strip lights that came with my order of this kit - that have a sticky backing - are not staying attached to the legos. They stick for about 12 hours then fall off. Therefore, not only am I upset with the quality of the instructions, but the quality of the components seems not comparable to other kits or other competetors kits. My suggestion - stay away from this one, but try their kits with other lego sets to see if you like them first.
