Product Arrived Empty.

I purchased this item as a birthday gift for a friend and was embarrassed to see that there was no lego inside and the main set had not arrived. I tried emailing about this on the day and received no reply at all or any refund/ compensation. I was left very upset by this and the lack of support from the company who ghosted me after not receiving my lego.
