After confirming your order, rest assured we're on top of it! Typically, we dispatch orders within 1-3 business days (most of the time, it's just 1 business day). However, during peak periods like Black Friday and Christmas, dispatching might extend up to 5 business days. The good news? We provide free shipping globally! Deliveries reach most countries within 3-9 days.

If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help. You can return new, unopened, or damaged items within 30 days of delivery, and we'll provide a full refund.

Warranty
We stand by the quality of our light kits! All our products come with a 2-year warranty that covers free support and shipping. If you ever need assistance or replacements after these initial 2 years, we've still got your back. Though we'll provide the components for free, there'll be a small shipping fee of 6 USD.
